Janitor – remove unwanted packages

Hello all, here is how to save some space on your Linux Desktop.

Open terminal and run the following commands to install Ubuntu Tweak tool:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:tualatrix/ppa
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install ubuntu-tweak

Once the tool is installed, navigate to the ‘Janitor’ tab and select the options for cleaning. Once you are done with selection, choose ‘Clean’ button.

You will get a  ‘Cool ! your system is clean’ once done.

I installed tweak tool on my Elementary OS. Same can be installed on Linux Mint and Ubuntu.
